New four-story building – Vrilissia, Madouvalou

On Mandouvalou Street, in a quiet neighborhood of Vrilissia, we were asked to design a residential building, with the aim of creating apartments and maisonettes with a modern and minimal aesthetics. 

The building, which has underground parking and warehouses, is developed on three floors, ending in lofts with a planted roof, thus acquiring a bioclimatic identity that is also strengthened by the installation of solar panels. Canopies, semi-outdoor spaces, and alternating volumes, as well as the existence of a central atrium, create the ideal conditions for shading and ventilation.
